What tech stack do you build with?
React and Next.js on the front end, TypeScript throughout, Postgres or Supabase for data, and Vercel or AWS for hosting. Everything is mainstream and widely documented, so you can hire for it anywhere rather than being tied to one agency's preferences.
Who owns the code you write?
You do, completely, from the first commit. Repositories live in your organisation, hosting and third-party accounts are in your name, and there is no licence, retainer or proprietary dependency required to keep the product running.
How do you make sure the site is fast?
Performance budgets are set before the build starts and checked on every deploy. That means server rendering where it helps, images and fonts optimised at build time, minimal client JavaScript, and Core Web Vitals measured on real devices rather than a lab score alone.
How long does a custom web build take?
A marketing site typically takes three to five weeks once design is settled. A web application depends on how many flows and integrations it has, but a usable first version generally lands in eight to twelve weeks, deployed and testable throughout.
Do you maintain the site after launch?
Yes. Ongoing maintenance, dependency updates, monitoring and new feature work continue under the same flat monthly plan. You can also take the codebase in-house at any point, the documentation is written assuming you will.
